Geno started at Nicholas Nickolas in 1995 in the kitchen pantry. He worked his way up to head line cook. He re-located to Maui in 1998 to open Nick's Fishmarket Maui, then under the leadership of Chef George Gomes, Jr. became Executive Chef on the opening crew of Sarento's on the Beach. Geno then opened Son'z as the Executive Chef and with Chef Gomes, Jr. developed their award-winning menu. He is married to the beautiful Kim and they have 3 daughters; Karen, Kaira & Kayana.
